Our trip to Sri Lanka was fabulous. The hotels were great with the highlight being the Tea Trails. We wanted to pass on how wonderful our driver/guide Niruth Fernando was throughout our trip. He was knowledgeable, punctual and able to to explain the culture and current affairs. He became a friend and we even went to his house to meet his family and drink tea. He is a credit to Butterlflys and we would recommend him without question. We absolutely loved Sri Lanka and the cricket was brilliant.

I booked in September via British Airways a holiday to Cape Town , and believed I could source my own tickets for the five day match , what a mistake to make ! I then had a trip with no tickets - match sold out. I phoned Sara and she sorted out a superb package in a box, transfers, food and drink all included and out of the hot sun - just perfect. Sara even organised a Cricket Match on the day after the test , Michael Holding , Robin Jackman and JP Duminy popped in and were interviewed in the bar , by Dom in a very professional manner. When it was over I was transported back to my hotel. Lesson learnt! Don't be a fool as I was trying to do it yourself , just book with the people who know exactly what they are doing , sit back relax and enjoy the cricket ....just five star.

We arrived back in Switzerland via London on Sunday having spent a superb three weeks in Barbados. The holiday totally exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to you and your team for helping to make this possible. Nic played cricket almost every day for the first two weeks at the Franklyn Stephenson Academy being coached by Franklyn (photo) and a couple of older and very experienced players. He loved it, got a lot out of it, worked hard training from 9am-3pm. The main organiser of our tour, Winston Carter, introduced us to Sir Gary at the Oval (photo) and invited Switzerland to play at the tournament next year! It really was a wonderful experience and you meet so many local people who are very ready to talk and take the time of day to do it, as well as just be kind and helpful. It was definitely one of the best holidays we have ever been on and once again we are most grateful to you for your excellent advice and help.

I was looking for some serious net practice during the winter months to prepare for the 2016 club season so I called International Cricket Tours. Sara expertly put together a 10-day package for me with the former West Indies wicket-keeper/batsman Junior Murray in Grenada. I had time to rest and relax on the beautiful beaches and enjoyed socialising with the locals in the very affordable bars and restaurants around Grand Anse Beach where my hotel was located.

I had six 2 hour sessions to hone my skills, we used the nets at the Grenada Test ground, and used the Test pitch outfield for some fielding practice. Junior proved a demanding put patient coach, and I returned home with an improved technique and some extra confidence. I would definitely recommend ICT, Sara’s cricket connections are enviable. Just tell her what you want and she will fix it. They were great.

Gresham’s School (Norfolk) had an amazing week in Barbados for a pre-season Cricket tour. The organisation and administration was superb and our liaison officer was with us throughout the week to check arrangements and sorted out any small issues we had , instantly. The boys had a wonderful week, playing four matches, a catamaran cruise (Tiami) and enjoying the stunning beaches along the west coast of the Island. We are already looking forward to returning. Dealing with a small company which prides itself on detail and looking after the customer made the whole trip much easier than some of my previous sports tour handlers!

Gresham’s School

As a team with the mixed ability, we flew to the island not knowing what to expect. Our airport welcome was excellent with cold towels and water. The short transfer time to our South Coast hotel was a bonus. The matches and opponents left us reeling at times but the camaraderie is not to be forgotten. The Defence Force hosted us on Remembrance Sunday and were able to march with other ex-servicemen and women through the streets of Bridgetown – amazing. Sara’s pre-trip visit to us was very worthwhile and her organisation from the flight, to the hotel to cricket matches to days out was just right. We had a wonderful, enlightening time and would love to again.

Having known Sara for many years I was delighted when she started International Cricket Tours. Her island knowledge and cricket connections made for a super cricket tour enjoyed by all which included well-chosen grounds, wonderful days out, with quality ground handling throughout. I captained my school side in this competition in 1989 when I was at Bromsgrove school and made the England select XI Aside from Barbados being a great place to visit I played against and alongside players who went on to play county and island cricket Floyd Reifer and Courtney Brown went on to place test matches. We also had the chance to meet Sir Gary himself along with other Windies legends like Joel Garner Thoroughly recommend the tournament experience.
